Currently ACAIPL Investment and Financial Services Private Limited acts as holding company for the Areion Group. ACAIPL Investment and Financial Services Private Limited was founded by Mr. Manish Motilal Lalwani in 2013 to provide financial advisory services and it focuses on providing its assistance to financial sponsors and mid-cap companies in India. The Company specializes in corporate finance services, special situations, stressed & distressed debt buy-outs, recapitalizations, equity infusions, external commercial borrowings, mergers & acquisitions, corporate debt restructurings, financial and strategic advisory services.
ACAIPL Investment and Financial Services Private Limitedhas strong management team comprising of professionals having rich experience in financial sector. The Company has successfully serviced more than INR 5 billion distressed investment and resolved stressed loans in excess of INR 18 billion.
