served as the Executive Director at IDBI Bank,
and also held directorial positions on the
boards of prominent companies, including GHCL
Limited, Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd., and Alok
Industries Ltd. His expertise encompasses
Refinance, Project Appraisal, Sourcing and
Syndication, Loan Restructuring, Business

serving as Executive Vice President at Essel

establishing the infrastructure vertical as CFO
of Essel Infraprojects Limited. Prior to that, he
garnered valuable experience at esteemed
organizations such as Reliance Industries
Limited, Raymond Limited's Textile division,
Essel Group's Satellite & Cable Television sector,

extensive banking experience to his role. He
holds an M.A. in Economics and a diploma in
Personnel Management and Labour Welfare.
He is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute
of Bankers. Previously, he retired as the
Executive Director of Union Bank of India. His
international expertise includes overseeing
operations and a large pool of funds of the
bank in Hong Kong, London, Dubai. Throughout
his career, Mr. Suresh Kumar Jain has
specialised in International Banking, Human
Resource Development, Growth of Micro, Small,
and Medium Enterprises, Management of
Commercial and Retail Banking Operations. He
has a proven track record in the appraisal of
Large credits, Loan syndications, Trade finance,
Product marketing, Restructuring and Recovery
of stressed assets. Known for his team-oriented

Mr. D. K. Jain is an accomplished banking professional with a Master’s degree in Economics. After an extensive career spanning almost four decades at Union Bank of India, a leading nationalized bank, he retired as the General Manager of Recovery and Law. Following his tenure at Union Bank, he assumed the role of Managing Director and CEO of ASREC India Ltd, an Asset Reconstruction Company, for six years. Additionally, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) in India for three years. In his role, he addressed common issues faced by all ARCs liaising with various regulators and Government of India. His unwavering commitment to excellence and profound expertise have made substantial contributions to the banking and finance sector.
